Made this on Sunday. OMG. Keeper recipe and so easy to just let it simmer on the stove while attending to other matters! I would recommend that y'all make it and let it rest in the fridge overnight. The next day is 10x better. I'm already planning to make a double batch because this is the only Bolognese recipe you'll ever need.

I already had a big cooking project planned for this Sunday, but I am trying your recipe out on my next free weekend. I'm a Marcella Hazan Bolognese devotee, but one who loves mushrooms and makes her own Italian sausage, so . . .
